Le conseil d’administration de RadiumOne congédie son PDG Gurbaksh Chahal

RadiumOne a congédié ce week-end son PDG, Gurbaksh Chahal. Le COO, Bill Lonergan va occuper le poste de CEO dès ce lundi. L’information a été rapporté par nos confrère de Re/code. Il faut dire que son ancien dirigeant est suspecté de violence domestique au près de sa petite amie. Il n’a pas démissionné c’est le comité de direction qui l’a remercié. La situation n’est pas facile car se dernier détient encore une part très importante et non majoritaire de l’entreprise. RadiumOn a levé un total de 34 M$ et dispose d’un bureau en France. Elle était candidate à une introduction en bourse en 2015.

At a board meeting yesterday evening, RadiumOne’s board of directors voted to terminate the employment of Gurbaksh Chahal as CEO and Chairman of the company. Bill Lonergan, the company COO, will take over as CEO of the Company immediately. Bill has an extraordinary professional background and has helped build Blue Lithium and RadiumOne into industry leading brands. We are confident he will continue Radium One’s impressive trajectory.
